Social media influencers were the fourth-most cited reason for someone making a toy purchase. More than 100 million Americans are monthly active users of TikTok. With that many eyeballs, it’s no wonder that toy companies are partnering with content creators to showcase products on the app. A number of toy companies have cited paid partnerships with TikTok creators as reasons for toy sale surges.
